In the afternoon of July 24th Dave decided we needed to change locations because of the water levels. Terri headed out in the boat with Kerri and Cameo on the wave runners to scout out a new location and we would follow.
A storm came up and still no luck finding a new camp site.
We finally got the boat and wave runners tied up to the houseboat after some major stress being out on the water in the storm. Dave decided to head to Camel Rock and we almost made it but the engines quit just short of our destination and we drifted sideways to a shore. We were pretty secure at the moment and stayed the night. The next day we waited several hours for the company to come out and repair the engines and get us off the shore and over to the beach area that we were headed for.

The grandkids playing on the lily pad while we waited.
You can see at the top of the picture the little cove we were headed for.

Tubing with the grandkids.
I have a ton of pictures because the kids had so much fun and it was hard to edit which ones not to post.
The grandkids expressions are priceless.
