Bryce Canyon National Park Day 2

The snow made it even more beautiful on the second day.
I had a harder time editing down the pictures because everywhere you looked you wanted to take a picture.
This is the view from Bryce Point.

We started our hike today at Sunset Point.
We did the Navajo / Peek-a-boo combination loop.
4.9 miles
This Thor's Hammer.

Switchbacks on the way down on the Navajo trail.
(we had to walk back up after our peek-a-boo trail hike)

Making our way to the Peek-a-boo trailhead.

Bryce Canyon National Park April 27-29, 2021

We spent 3 days exploring Bryce Canyon.
I will make 3 different posts for the 3 days we were here.
I took close to 400 pictures and it was really hard to pick just a few.
I really did edit myself to the ones I posted.
Please enjoy the beauty we saw and the fun we had.

First day in the park, we walked part of the rim trail and hiked to Queen's Garden.
First view we had when we arrived at the rim.

It was a bit chilly on the first day. We even saw a bit of snow when we first arrived.

We did the Queen's Garden hike.
The least difficult trail descending into Bryce Amphitheater.
1.8 miles round trip.

Queen Victoria Hoodoo

The Queen's Garden.
I thought it looked more like the queen's court.

It actually did snow later that day.
They call it graupel.
It is defined as small pellets of ice created when super cooled water droplets coat a snowflake.

April Fun! 2021

I found the help I needed to finish these 3 Christmas stockings.
I was so happy to send them off to the grandkids.

I have now started Brady's Christmas stocking and Colin's as well.

Mckay turned 4 and we celebrated at the family party.

Spring is here and we had snow on April 14th!!

When I got up on April 24th, this was my view from my back porch.

We spent 3 days exploring Bryce Canyon National Park.
I will have an abundance of pictures when I do a post about our trip.

We attended the Thanksgiving Point Tulip Festival with Jeremy, Cameo and the grandkids.
More pictures to come when I post about the day.

March Madness. 2021

On March 4th I went to lunch with a group of friends from pickleball.
The lady sitting next to me in red, her daughter is the chef. The residents of this exclusive condo complex in Park City, which includes the private restaurant are very wealthy and have exclusive access to the restaurant and ski slopes just outside its doors.
Our friend invites a group of us each year  to eat here. She can do this once a year because her daughter is the chef!
New this year was the bubble which we got to eat in. Perfect view of the slopes and skiers.

That is not a real deer!!😂If you were wondering.

My tulips starting popping up on March 5th. Still waiting for the flowers to bloom.

I finally found consistent help I needed to finish these stockings down at a yarn shop in Provo.

My hopes are up that I can finish the last 5 in good time.
